Qualifications and experience of the Director of the Company

The director and owner of RUMCO (PTY) LTD is a qualified electrical engineer with a lot of experience in the electrical engineering field and able to work at large projects at Modimolle municipality, Medupi power station, Tutuka power station, Matla power station and Siemens South Africa.
The director has also study and obtain a certificate for ISO 9000 (Quality Controller: Auditing).

Experience obtained throughout the years are as follows:

* Medupi power station, technician specializing in control & instrumentation.
* Tutuka power station, technician specializing in electrical and instrumentation.
* Matla power station, technician specializing in electrical and instrumentation.
* Siemens (SA), quality inspector in electrical protection and automation.
* Project management of all the company (RUMCO)’s past projects.

We are a BBBEE Level 1, team of dedicated individuals, with in-depth experience in running successful entities. The owner of the company is youth black qualified woman engineer with lot of experience in the electrical engineering field. The company assigned/outsource specialized personnel in required fields such as engineers, safety officer, technicians and other fields. The company make sure it used to expertize in each and every project so that it delivers quality services. As a youth black woman owned company, RUMCO (PTY) LTD is striving to eradicate poverty, create employment, provide industry trainings more especial for youth and women, and reduce inequality. Our planning and execution is made easy by our QMS, that keeps our procedures, policies and processes in place and auditable at all times. We have established a continuous Improvement Process (CIP) to make sure we keep on getting better at what we do and this will help us to grow.
